Construction is close to completion at Monument Realty and Nuveen Real Estate’s new state-of-the-art life science development, Monument Innovation Center. Located between I-270 and Route 355 at 735 Watkins Mill Road in Gaithersburg, Maryland, the 135,000 sq. ft. four-story property, core and shell, is set to deliver in August 2023.

Monument Realty and Nuveen Real Estate have enlisted Cushman & Wakefield’s life science team, consisting of Peter Rosan, Megan Williams, and Kevin McGloon, to serve as the exclusive leasing agents for the building.
